Thoughts lead to feelings. Feelings lead to behavior. And drinking alcohol is a behavior.Your drinking doesn’t just happen. It starts in your thoughts.
Thoughts → feelings → behavior
Here’s one way it goes. It’s the weekend, the sun is out, and you think it’d be so nice to have a couple of drinks and watch the sunset tonight.
That’s a thought. Then comes the feeling that follows it, which is anticipation. Then the behavior. You have the drink. And there you are, drinking more than you’d planned.
Or maybe it goes the other way.
You’ve had a terrible week. Your boss has been awful, or you’ve had an argument with your partner. And you’re thinking, this isn’t fair. I’m not appreciated.
Then you start feeling the feelings that go with those thoughts. Sad. Angry. Frustrated.
And the thoughts and the feelings lead to a behavior.
Good week or bad week, it adds up to the same thing. Alcohol is the best way to respond to this.
When you’ve been trying to stop drinking, you’ve been using willpower. And you’ve been using it right at the end. On the behavior.
It’s never going to work. Your thoughts and your feelings are far more powerful than willpower ever can be.
Emotional sobriety works on the other part. The thoughts and the feelings.
It works on them so that the last part never happens.
Imagine a train on a track. We divert the train onto a different track, so you get a more helpful behavior out of whatever thoughts and feelings turn up.
And once you’re emotionally sober, that just happens automatically.

Our program is designed to disrupt your current habits and behaviour and introduce new, healthier routines. It involves active participation and applying what you learn—it's about doing, not just understanding. We're confident in our methodology because it’s based on cognitive behavioral principles that have helped many before you. What I teach in this program is based on my clinical experience working in rehab and private practice as a psychotherapist. It’s based on research on the most effective ways to get sober and change habits. And it is the program, habits and methods I used to get to 24 years of sobriety.
We believe that sobriety is like a seesaw and that you need to keep putting weight on the sober end. The more weight (information, knowledge and support) on the sober end means that, eventually, your sobriety will become embedded. If you join this program, you are making a significant commitment to yourself to be sober.
The truth is, we all have struggles. Even if alcohol is no longer a thought in your mind, there are likely difficult areas in your life that you'd love to improve. Everyone can benefit from building better sobriety habits. Check out the testimonials; many people join this program because they are sober but still don't have the lives they want. The real work in alcohol recovery has to do with all the underlying issues we face daily. If you want to improve your relationships, parenting, and career, or if you're unsure of your purpose in life, The Soberful Mastermind will help.
Exactly that. There is no limit on how long you can be a member and no recurring payment. The program will run for a minimum of 12 months.

I teach something, then I coach. This is where you bring the thing that actually happened this week and we work it through together. All recorded.
You will receive a new behaviour change lesson monthly through a pre-recorded video and handout.
